Motivation can be a key factor in your weight
loss goals. In order to take advantage of losing weight and being successful,
you must be prepared to pay your dues. Nothing is more frustrating than
to see that you are gaining weight again. Be in a position to benefit
from your failure.
By being prepared, you have to create a game
plan to get back on track right away without beating yourself up and
devastating your self-esteem. In reality weight loss does not happen
overnight and it is not painless. Losing weight is hard work!
In order for you to carry out the hard work
of weight loss you need to have some sort of motivation. Maybe someone
called you a fat pig and now you want to show the world that you are
definately not a fat pig! Maybe you are getting married soon
and you really need or want to get into that wedding dress that is a
size or two too small.
These are all motivating factors that come naturally.
If you don't have any naturally occuring motivation then you need to
employ your imagination and find something that will work. Nobody wants
to work for free. What will your reward be? Where is the motivation
for all of this hard work. When you do find your motivating factors
you will find that weight loss seems to come naturally. You just have
to want it enough to put out the hard work that is required in order
to lose weight.
