Weight Loss Basics

You may not want to hear this because you probably hear it all the time but.... diet and exercise are the key ingredients to not only weight loss, but an overall healthy body as well. Remember, thin people can be unhealthy too!

The foods we eat every day contribute to our well-being. Foods provide us with the nutrients we need for healthy bodies and the calories we need for energy. If we eat too much, however, the extra food turns to fat and is stored in our bodies. If you eat too much then you might want to try Hoodia. It worked for me.

Here are some basic weight loss tips:

  1. Eat slowly and don't skip meals.
  2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  3. Do not keep your "bad foods" in your house.
  4. Avoid any food that is made with white flour.
  5. Season your food with herbs rather than salt.
  6. Only measure your weight once a week.

    The main thing that you need to do in order to achieve your weight loss goals is to take control over what you put into your body. You are your own bodyguard! Foods that you should be avoiding include sugar and fried foods. You may have to give up fast food and donut shops altogether.

    On the positive side, things that you don't have to give up include grains and vegetables, exercise and a positive attitude!
