This Indian dish will leave a nice aroma in

fat recipe.
6 small onions
1 tbsp low fat yogurt
1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp termeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
mint leaves
1. Mix all the spices in the yogurt to make
a paste.
2. Halve or quarter the onions
3. Stuff the onions with the paste.
4. Add oil to frying pan and fry until golden
brown.
Serving suggestion - serve with warm tortillas.
