Any good weight loss plan will include a good
start to your day. After all, if you start your day well then
you will only have to maintain the rest of the day. Did you know
that studies show that breakfast eaters display a better attitude and
are more energetic and productive throughout the day?
We all know that everyody needs refueling to
jump-start the day after a long night's sleep. Research also shows that
children who eat breakfast perform better in school. Both children and
adults who have breakfast are better at problem solving and concentrating
on the task at hand.
Skipping breakfast is not a good idea for dieters.
To achieve your weight loss goals you are much better off eating your
breakfast. If you insist on skipping a meal (and you shouldn't) then
make it dinner.
This bit of advice should not set you out on
a diet of pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, toast with jelly, bacon, sausage
on a daily basis. These foods are fine if eaten in moderation say.....maybe
one day a week. When you think of breakfast you don't need to associate
the typical big American breakfast foods with this particular hour of
the day. To start your day right you just need to eat something
for breakfast.
