8 ounces pork tenderloin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 slices bread
Turn on broiler. Cover pan with foil. Wash and
dry pork - cut into 4 equal pieces. In a bowl large enough to hold the
pork, combine rest of ingred except bread. Season with pepper. Add pork
and coat well. Broil pork for 10-12 min. Serve with bread.
