Most people already know the answer to 'keeping
the weight off'. Unfortunately only a few people actually follow through
with the plan. Instead they resort to numerous other tactics such as
restricted foods, unbalanced diets, drugs, supplements, surgery, strenuous
exercise and much more.
The real answer, as you already know, is to
consume less and exercise more. So why doesn't everyone just do this?
The answer is mostly that people are always looking for an easier way.
Weight loss is hard work so people try to find some special diet or
supplement that will do most of the work for them. There is an easier
way though.
The easiest way to lose weight is to simply
ignore all of the fad diets and weight loss programs and just go with
what the American Medical Associations suggests. After all, the really
should know what they are talking bout!
In general, the AMA suggests that you get plenty
of exercise and eat right. It sounds so simple but it really does make
sense. Just make sure that you check with your doctor before you start
any exercise or weight loss regimen.
