Health and Fitness

The reason why you see the words health and fitness used together so often is because they do naturally go hand in hand. So why don't they just call it healthfitness? You usually here the phrase 'health and fitness' as if they were separate issues. Well, they can be just that.

It is possible to have a fit body and still be unhealthy and it is possible to have a scrawny out of shape body but be fairly healthy.

The main point here is that you need to look at your cardiovascular health as well as your muscular health. Try to make sure to do some type of aerobic exercise at least 3 days per week and pay attention to the foods to avoid in your diet. Eating a low fat and low calorie diet while getting regular aerobic exercise is the key to staying slim and enjoying good health.
