Fat Burning Foods

There are a good selection of foods which contain few calories and thus are an excellent staple for your weight loss eating program, science would disagree that there are any foods that are "fat burning foods" - foods which burn off more calories than they contain.

Some people do still claim that there are foods which should be included in the category of ' fat burning foods ' simply because it seems that it takes more calories to eat them than they actually contain, and other reasons.

For your entertainment, here are those foods. By the way, we are not saying that these are bad foods. In fact they are great foods to eat! Just don't get caught up in the idea that the more of these foods you eat, the more weight you will lose.

Asparagus, Beets, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, Cucumber, Garlic, Horseradish, Lettuce, Onions, Radishes, Tomatoes, Apple Cider Vinegar, Citrus Fruits

Hmmmm.... if you are like me, you were dissapointed to find that the McChicken didn't quite make the list. However, I bet you could make something out of the asparagus, cabbage, onions and tomatos that would taste very good, especially with some spices.
