Many people claim that chocolate is it's own
food group but if you are amongst the many thousands of chocolate lovers
in this world then you may have an uphill battle where weight loss is
concerned. Do you eat what you want or do you find yourself battling
over whether to eat chocolate or not?
The more you think about something that you
can't have such as chocolate, the more you want it. So what happens?

thinking about chocolate, instead of going into battle with yourself,
switch your focus and think of something else. Something which will
