This recipe is great for people on the go....people
who love almonds... and people on a low fat diet. It's pretty simple
to make so have fun!
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 tablespoon almond extract
1. Preheat oven to 325° degrees F. 2. In food
processor mix flour, sugar, butter, salt and baking soda until it forms
little balls. 3. Add egg substitute and extract. 4. Drop spoon full
of batter onto greased cookie sheet. 5. Bake for 25 minutes.
